- 15' Minute Massage (aka Shake-out) - $30
- A quick stimulatory massage to help loosen up tight muscles prior to competition. A great way to prepare to swim your best!
- 30' Massage (aka Flush) - $60
- Flush out the lactic acid and soothe sore muscles from competition. This is an important step in getting ready for your next race. Hydration is important when getting a flush out in order to help your body eliminate toxins.
- 60' Massage - $120
- massage therapy for 60 minutes to relieve tension, lactic acid build up, stretch tight muscles.
- Chiropractic care- $15 copay - $17
- Chiropractic manipulative therapy copay with credit card processing fees included.
- Chiropractic adjustment & soft tissue work - $75
- Chiropractic manipulative therapy with 25' dedicated to soft tissue mobilization.
- Personal appointment break - $1
- Personal appointment time for Providers only. Schedule breaks in 15' increments.
- Provider off - $1
- Provider has scheduled off for 1 hour. Not for athlete use.
- Reflex Performance Reset - $100
- Activation of special reflex points that improve breathing patterns and enhance sports performance.
- Normatec Compression - $15
- Dynamic air compression for fresh legs, faster. Contraindications for using the Normatec's are history of blood clots, skin irritation, skin itchiness, bacterial or fungal infection, peripheral arterial occlusive disease, heart failure, skin or limb necrosis, and some medications. This is not a complete list of contraindications. If you are not sure, please ask PRIOR to using the equipment.

- Chill Tub - $12
- Cold water therapy has been proven to decrease the trauma in muscle fibers. It also supports a muscle enzyme called pyruvate kinase which is important to produce chemical energy. Enzyme doesn't work well at hot temerpatures. Cold water therapy decreases pain. This all helps to facilitate recovery.
